How to use

Twist or pull the capsule apart and mix the powder into a small amount of wet food, plain yogurt, bone broth, or a treat pocket. The H₂ reaction only happens in the presence of stomach acid, so giving the powder with food is fine — the H₂ will be generated once the powder reaches your pet's stomach.

Dosing by body weight (starting point — always consult your vet)

• Under 10 lbs: ½ capsule daily
• 10–25 lbs: 1 capsule daily
• 25–50 lbs: 1–2 capsules daily
• 50+ lbs: 2–3 capsules daily

The research landscape

The canine evidence base for molecular hydrogen is small but real — a 2021 wound-healing study in dogs (Qi et al., Veterinary Sciences) and a 2017 study of hydrogen's protective effect in dogs with oxidative injury (Zhao et al., J Vet Res). The feline evidence is essentially absent. Most of what we know comes from human trials and rodent studies. Use as an adjunct, not a replacement for veterinary care.

Safety

Elemental magnesium toxicity in dogs requires grams per kilogram of body weight — orders of magnitude more than a single capsule delivers. Calcium at 33 mg per capsule is well below the upper limit for both species. No caffeine, no stimulants, no added flavors.
