How to use

Take one capsule with a half glass of water, one to three times per day. Most people start with one capsule in the morning. Open the capsule and pour the powder into the water if you prefer — the H₂ reaction happens in your stomach either way.

What's the dose?

Each capsule releases up to 2 mg of molecular hydrogen in the stomach — the same range used in published clinical studies. The reaction completes within minutes, and the H₂ is absorbed through the stomach lining into the bloodstream. Anything you don't absorb is exhaled through the lungs within an hour.
